Afternoon all! I hope Monday hasn’t been too terrible to you, I know that this inspiration shoot will definitely get your pinterest juices flowing. All of the creatives involved in this shoot are Yorkshire based, I am constantly amazed by what wonderfully talented suppliers I have right on my doorstep. Nicola and her team did an incredible job at pulling together an empty brick barn in to a gorgeous creative space.

I host styled shoots workshops for other photographers, this one was my ninth. I hosted this shoot on my partners family farm- home to Shepherds Purse Cheese. There is a barn that we are hoping to convert this year in to a creative space but in the mean time L27 Events and Leafy Couture worked their magic on the space.

I love the natural brick in the barn so wanted to work with that. Leafy Couture created an installation against one of the walls. A couple whose wedding I shot last year modelled for us. I love using real couples rather than models for my styled shoots as the connection between them is authentic. I had 12 attendees and it was a lovely creative day ending with a BBQ.

The amazing suppliers involved:

Stylist – L27 Events

Florist – Leafy Couture

Make Up – Cat Johnson

Hair – Zara Anne Rigg

Dress – Enzoani, The Harrogate Wedding Lounge

Venue – photographers family farm.

Cake – The Flamingo Bakery

Stationery – Bureau Design
