Good morning to you! Today we have a gorgeous boho bride editorial styled by a wonderfully creative group of Yorkshire ladies. Floral crowns are synonymous with the boho look, and this flower headpiece is a beauty. Cold shoulder dresses are still popular and slowly making their way in to bridal for SS18. I hope you enjoy.

The figure hugging dress with plunging neckline and side split is from the ‘Miss Brided’ collection and sure is sexy! But teamed with Grecian style flat sandals, the handmade flower crown and wild bouquet, this look radiates elegance and beauty. The look has minimal ‘fuss’ which is a bonus for any bride who wants to feel natural and unrestricted on her wedding day.
We started off with our bridal preparations in the wonderful bridal suite at The woodman Inn, Huddersfield. Jen Eachus our incredible hair and make up artist set out to create a glowing, polished look on our beautiful model Leela Tikadar. This classic look is perfect for any bride who wants to look naturally stunning on their big day. As there would be so much colour in the flower crown and bouquet, Jen stuck to a natural colour palette which worked perfectly with the ‘boho’ element of the look. We opted for loose waves in Leela’s hair – a style which requires very little maintenance on your big day and looks great with a real flower crown.
The new Thunderbridge gardens at the Woodman Inn are truly beautiful and a stunning setting for photographs. This country style Inn and wedding venue has a pretty little stream flowing by is a little haven away from the bustle of the city! As wedding photographer, I am always on the look out for perfect locations for bridal portraits or couple photographs after the wedding ceremony. These gardens were wonderful with a lovely mix of wild flowers and woodland surrounding the venue.
The flowers, which were made by Lily Blossom in Marsden, absolutely shone! The wild bouquet was brimming with amazing shades of purples and pinks and the matching handmade flower crown made a great alternative to the traditional tiara or hair piece.
