Good morning all! You may have seen me sneak peek this one on instagram a little while ago. I have been so looking forward to sharing it as I think Marie looks exceptionally radiant. The splash of tiffany blue amongst the old stone of the chateau makes for some striking photos. I hope you enjoy.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s was the overall theme though we wanted to keep it subdued and not too obvious.
Tables names were a word exacted from quotes of the movie, wedding favors were little blue boxes reminiscent of Tiffany & co. Tables decoration featured little diamonds spread out, candle votives, and silver and blue were the overall colors. Candles and items collected separately via internet + Covent Garden Flower Market
DIY – purchased little blue boxes and ribbon off internet, which featured white chocolate covered oreos, chocolate covered almonds (blue and white) and little diamond shaped sugar purchased online.

The groom: Walking through the grounds taking pictures. It really gave us time to enjoy our day.
The bride: The entire day…. Being able to see friends who had traveled across the globe for us and spending as much time with them as possible!
The entire day was filled with joy, laughter and tears (of happiness!), and the overall day was extremely emotional…. It truly felt like two families were becoming one and as they say in ‘love actually’, it truly felt like ‘love was all around’ on this special day.
Arranged at Chateau de Tredion directly – they have their own catering team. Champagne, wine and bar were brought by us, no corkage fee.

Our venue was ideal as it offered 80% of what a couple normally has to outsource. It included the venue rental which showcases extensive grounds surrounded by water, a beautiful dining room, and they provide chairs and tables, linens and cutlery, but also a catering team and a DJ. There is no corkage fee to bring your own drinks. The planning can become a struggle when planning overseas, especially when you are unable to do hair and makeup trials, but the venue is able to recommend people around in the area.
At the end of the day, remember what this wedding is all about… the two of you getting married! Always remember that, do not worry about little details that no one will remember, do a lot of research online and remember that there’s a lot you can do yourself (DIY), which will save you a bit of money and will allow for a personal touch. Finally, enjoy each minute of this special day as it goes by so quickly!
