Such an adorable engagement shoot on the blog today. Gorgeous photography and a riot of colour. I think everyone loves a seaside visit? The smell, the fish and chips, the cockles in little pots, the slot machines, the donkeys and oh the lights! Can you tell I spent my summers on the costa del Lincolnshire? Hope you enjoy. The crucial info (because we are all nosy!) –
Venue – Christchurch Gravesend
Reception Venue – Stone Pavillion, Dartford Kent
Flowers – Flower Heaven 4 U
. (Natural bouquet containing freesias, and Lily of The Valley to represent my late Nan’s favorite flower.) Bridesmaids will have similar, but in posy sizes. Main wedding party will each have buttonholes/corsages containing similar flowers.
Brides Dress – Benjamin Roberts (Bella- 2223)
Brides Shoes – Bargain Buy in the Debenhams Sale- £9!
Hair Accessories – Vintage-diamante side hairband
Veil – Diamante one tier veil.
Groom’s and Usher’s Outfits – Moss Bros Hire.
Cake – Made by Patrick’s sister- Seaside-themed cupcakes, with larger cake on top for cutting.
Decor – Seaside/beach themed- fishbowls will stand on mirrored plates. Bowls will contain sand, shells and water. Floating candles on top. Tables will be dressed with navy organza sashes. Table plan was designed and printed by me and will be presented in a multi-picture photo frame.
Catering – A local butcher
will be catering our wedding with a hog-roast, BBQ and cold finger buffet. There will also be a double chocolate fountain.
Wedding Favours – Sweet Buffet Table – Jars and containers bought from various stalls and shops, sweets obtained from wholesalers and sweet scoops and bags bought from ebay.
Honeymoon Destination – Riviera Maya Mexico- 2 weeks all inclusive.
