Modern Wedding Invitations with Paperlust | UK WEDDING BLOG

By Laura

Afternoon lovely readers! Spring is just around the corner and with wedding season fast approaching, March is proving to be a very busy one indeed for SYGM HQ! Keep an eye out on our social media pages for all the fun events and trips we’ve got coming up. Today we are talking all things stationary with Paperlust, an online platform that exists to connect print design lovers with work from top designers. They sell personalised stationery and custom invitation and card designs for all occasions, including weddings of course! Every design is exclusive to Paperlust and completely customisable using a savvy online design tool so you can make a design fit whatever colour theme you have chosen.

Your wedding stationery sets the tone for your big day and bring consistency to the theme and colour palette you’ve chosen, so it can be difficult when sites have limited designs to choose from. Paperlust was founded in 2014 in Melbourne, Australia, and were the winners of the Businesses of Tomorrow award in 2017 and a Certificate of Excellence from Easy Weddings in 2018. There are literally hundreds of designs to choose from in their recently established ‘Modern Wedding Invitations’ section and every style imaginable from letterpress to raised foil and even print on wood. Don’t let the fact they are based in Australia deter you, they express ship every order within 2-4 days of dispatch and they work with customers from all over the world including the UK and Europe.

The stationers are just about to launch a brand new vellum range which looks totally dreamy and can fit with any theme. A new ‘mix n’ match’ option is also about to be launched where you can select a range of colour stocks in your invitation suite, it’s a great way to express your own individuality on your invitations. I’m a huge fan of their send and seal invitations where all your invitation cards are in one easy piece of card – no envelopes required! Your guests won’t have to fiddle with multiple bits of paper, they definitely can’t lose their RSVP card and this is also a cost-effective alternative.

What’s great about Paperlust is that they work with hundreds of individual designers so not only is the sky the limit when picking from their extensive wedding invitation designs, you are helping small brands keep doing what they’re doing. Paperlust do all of the quality control for you, they only work with the very best designers so you know that when the parcel arrives on your doorstep, you are going to love what’s inside.

Gone are the days of emailing stationers back and forth until you finally get the design you want. Paperlust is a fuss-free online platform where you can get the perfect wedding invitations with minimal stress. Plus, the team are always on hand to help you out or give you any advice if you need it.

Hi Laura,

Thank you so much for sharing paperless wedding invitations ideas.

We all want to plan something unique, organic and it’s another way to present the wedding in style.

Yes, I agree that there are plenty of designs available online to make the big day so much dreamy and fit with the theme. We should have a proper plan to make our wedding memorable.

The wedding can be perfect only after having a good selection of dresses, venue, lights, photo shoots, a proper plan from start to end.
