Morning all! I hope your weekend was satisfying. Can you believe that we are in to February? Always my favourite month due to it being my birthday on the 23rd and we are out of the gloom of January.
Today’s inspiration comes from the wonderful Meghan Fay from Extraordinary Days. You can read more about her inspirations for the shoot below but my oh my, the flowers, the cakes and the dresses…all on point. I really couldn’t choose a main image so you will see that I shared various across social media. I love a stately home, and Cliveden House is a gorgeous example of one.You can read more about the history here. (may I also add that is is dog friendly!!)

This photo shoot was created to compliment the grand French Dining Room of Cliveden House in Berkshire. My team of suppliers and I set out to create a look that was different from the vintage and DIY weddings that are really popular right now; we wanted to show an unabashedly luxe look that was still very ethereal and romantic.
As the wedding planner, I carefully selected a team of fifteen suppliers to work closely together to create the vision I had in mind, styled the day, and created the table’s look – which is very similar to producing a wedding day.
Vanilla Orchid Bakery used both pearl detail from the wedding dresses and our venue to create her collection of wedding cakes – which taste as delicious as they look!
The images of the flowers show just a sliver of what Floris Van Den Hoed is capable of. From the exploding table centrepiece to the delicate and intricate cake stand (made of hydrangea pieces), he showed what a dynamic and talented florist he is.
Rita Colson designed five wedding dresses specifically for our photo shoot (of which only three are shown), taking into account Cliveden’s grand surroundings but also our desire to create a soft and romantic look. Her luxury, bespoke dresses for the chic and fashion-conscious bride are simply stunning in look and feel.
Finally, Ben Wetherall, spent over twelve hours enthusiastically taking hundreds and hundreds of beautiful photos on top of chairs, laying on the ground, and on his feet!
A photo shoot is a team effort (see the on going list of talent below) and I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful team. Thanks everyone!

Very welcome! beautiful inspiration!!!
What a wonderful, inspiring shoot – the flowers and the dresses were just stunning
nice photography…..!!
She is beautiful in that dress. It seems that the decoration is minimalistic but there is a beauty in it. I think they have reduced the number of things and used the money to get other things with premium quality. I should admit that that is an intelligent decision.
By the way, there is no happiness or excitement in the face of couples.

Anupam
