I had to google this one. Sorry Sara, she said:

I called this one Cold Comfort Farm and based it off of the fantastic comedic novel by Stella Gibbons that pokes fun at the countless down and out accounts of rural life written during the early 1920s. It is best remembered for a charming little character named Aunt Ada Doom, who insists, on numerous occasions, to having seen “something nasty in the woodshed.”

The unforgettable tagline for the 1995 TV series: “She discovered a new branch of her family tree – the one with the nuts.”
