Good morning!!! Did you have a lovely weekend? My sister and her other half came up on Friday with their dogs, we ate oysters, drank far too much champagne (at the Stew and Oyster), snacked on cake from Tasty, shopped for Maxmara and a Tux then bid them farewell on Saturday.

Instagram is my saviour when I feel I can’t whip out the Nikon. (still learning that I don’t look crazy walking round with a ‘huge’ camera)

Anywho, some colourful inspiration from Sara at Burnett’s Boards. I asked for something bright and cheerful and that is what we got! I like to think that she sat making these on a beach in Hawaii. She is actually from Hawaii, so this could be true.

Just what we needed. Did you have a lovely weekend? I think I did zero cooking so will be making up for it this week. I am also starting work on our very small garden. Not quite sure what we are going to do with it, but the weeds need to go that’s for sure.

Thanks for posting these – hope they help cheer up those rainy days I’ve heard about over there. Hate to burst your bubble, but I didn’t make these sitting on the beach, I was sipping a Mai Tai though, so that must count for something
